Cory has been in the safety profession for twenty seven years. He has testified or been an expert witness for safety related matters in over thirty cases in both federal and state courts. He has consulted and worked with clients in the oil and gas, general construction, specialty construction, electrical construction, meat packing, cold storage, sports, legal and chemical industries. For the past 25 years, Cory has been developing and executing training programs. During that time, he founded Propel Consulting, as well as Propel Career Academy. At Propel Consulting and Propel Career Academy, Cory leads a superstar team of experts in craft and safety training and development, as well as safety and legal consulting.
Frank is a safety consultant with 10 years of experience in occupational safety. He has consulted and worked with general contractors and construction firms. Passionate about safety, Frank believes in the power of training and monitoring to keep site and people safe at all times. He is an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, NCCER Master Trainer, and CSSP Safety Instructor. With knowledge in both OSHA and Core of Engineers, Frank helps companies develop, implement strategies, and maintain policies and procedures for his clients safety programs with a focus on preventing workplace injuries and illnesses for their employees. He has worked with Propel Consulting and Propel Career Academy from the beginning, and feels blessed to be able to work with such an amazing team of professionals.
James has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating residential and commercial construction contracts for clients of many trades across the United States. His expertise ranges from small maintenance agreements to multi-million dollar commercial contracts. Additionally, James enjoys providing his clients with general legal advice that goes beyond contract management. As a legal consultant, James’s primary goal is to protect his clients from liability and financial loss that often results from poorly managed contractual arrangements. James received his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School and his Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor's Hankamer School of Business. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and diligently maintains good standing with the Texas Bar.
In his spare time, James enjoys deer hunting, playing guitar, and watching science fiction and horror movies.
Carrie is a Safety Coordinator and Trainer with years of experience in the electrical and
safety field. She has a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry, is
skilled in Safety and Risk management, Coordinating, Process Scheduling, Customer
Service, Supervisory Skills, and Performing inspectorate work. She is a Journeyman
Electrician and has 14 years of experience as an Inspector with the City of San Antonio
with 7 years of experience in the electrical field prior. She also has 15 years of
combined experience as a Dispatcher and Service Coordinator facilitating electrical and
signage services, billing, and maintaining Service and lighting contracts. Her knowledge
of safe work practices led her to seek a position in the safety field as a Safety
Coordinator. Carrie currently supervises the safety of FSG workers in a combination of
understanding legal safety requirements and setting standards for the company's
workforce and she uses her knowledge and experience to help train workers to
understand safety procedures and requirements. She has a certified focus in OSHA 510
and 500 from UT of Arlington. Carrie is also an NCCER Instructor with Propel Career
Safety Coordinator & Trainer
Priscilla started off her career early on at the age of 16 instructing CPR, First Aid and AED courses for both American Heart Association and ECSI. She also received her Associates Degree before her high school diploma and is now at the finish line of obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Occupational Safety and Health. Additionally she attended and assisted many training sessions with University of Arlington and NCCER . With Propel Consulting she is able to bring that expertise to both El Paso Texas and Albuquerque New Mexico as their Safety Coordinator. With this influence, current electrical contractor onsite experience, and school degree, Priscilla is actively analyzing workplaces to identify occupational hazards and formulating solutions to control them.
